COBRA /HIPAA Administration

Consolidated Billing Services

We will coordinate and facilitate additions, terminations, changes and adjustments to your plans. You will receive a single draft of all carrier invoices, as well as reconciled monthly bills to ensure the invoices match, and enjoy automated premium payments to carriers.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
FSAs are employer-sponsored benefit plans that allow employees to pay for certain health care, dependent care and/or commuter expenses on a pre-tax basis. FSAs offer significant tax advantages. Employees generally do not pay federal income, state income, or FICA taxes on the salary they contribute to an FSA plan.
Dependent Care Account (DCA)
A Dependent Care Account allows you to use before-tax dollars to pay for childcare and dependent expenses. You can deduct up to $5000 when married filing jointly or filing single or $2500 when married filing single.
Commuter Reimbursement Account (CRA)
A Commuter Reimbursement Account allows you to use before-tax dollars to pay parking and commuter costs. You can deduct up to $250 per month for parking costs or up to a maximum of $250 per month for mass transit or van pooling costs.
Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)
HRAs have been designed to help offset the increase in employees’ out-of-pocket expenses due to the implementation of a High Deductible Health Plan. HRA administrative costs and contributions can be deducted from taxes without increasing FICA or FUTA taxes, disability and workers’ compensation insurance premiums.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
If you’re offering a High Deductible Health Plan to your employees, a HSA might be the perfect solution for you. A HSA makes health coverage more like insurance – what health care coverage should be. HSA’s can be funded by either an employee and/or an employer.
